Texas Roadhouse Deals 2026
The best Texas Roadhouse deals in 2026 are the Early Dine menu (Mon-Thu 3-6 PM, entrees around $10.99-$13.99), the free VIP Club appetizer on signup, family packs from $29.99 feeding 4, the Veterans Day free meal on November 11, and holiday gift card bonus promotions. Texas Roadhouse rarely issues public coupon codes, so the real savings live in these standing programs.
I will save you the trouble: if you are hunting for Texas Roadhouse coupon codes, stop. I have been down that rabbit hole, and the chain barely issues public promo codes. The coupon sites are full of expired or fake codes. But here is the good news: Texas Roadhouse has some of the best standing deals in casual dining. You just have to know where they hide.
This is my complete roundup of every Texas Roadhouse deal, discount, and money-saving trick that actually works in 2026, ranked by how much they save you.

Are There Any Texas Roadhouse Coupon Codes?
Honestly? Not really. Texas Roadhouse rarely releases public coupon or promo codes for dining. The codes floating around coupon sites are mostly for the online merchandise shop (apparel, candles, socks) or they are expired. I have tested enough of them to tell you the hit rate is miserable.
The one exception worth knowing: the VIP Club. It is not a code, but the free appetizer offer and birthday rewards function exactly like the coupons you are looking for, except they are real and they work. Sign up free at texasroadhouse.com and skip the code hunt entirely.
How Can I Save the Most Money at Texas Roadhouse?
Here is my personal savings stack, the combination I actually use:
- Eat early on weekdays. Early Dine Monday through Thursday is the foundation. Five to seven dollars off per person, no coupon needed.
- Join the VIP Club. Free appetizer on signup, free birthday treat every year. Zero cost.
- Order family packs for takeout. Feeding four? The family packs beat individual orders by $15 to $20.
- Buy discounted gift cards. Warehouse club multi-packs or the holiday bonus promo. Pre-pay your steak dinners at a discount.
- Use the waitlist app. Not a discount, but showing up to a 10-minute wait instead of a 60-minute wait is its own kind of savings.
Do Texas Roadhouse Deals Work on Holidays?
Generally no. Early Dine does not run on holidays, and most promotions pause for the big ones. Veterans Day is the glorious exception, with the free meal event for service members on November 11. Plan holiday visits expecting regular menu prices, and consider the gift card bonus promo in November and December as your holiday-season savings play instead.
Does Texas Roadhouse have coupons?
Rarely in the form of public coupon codes. The real savings come from standing programs: Early Dine, the free VIP Club, family packs, and the Veterans Day free meal.
What is the cheapest way to eat at Texas Roadhouse?
Early Dine on a weekday afternoon: a full sirloin dinner with two sides for around $10.99 to $13.99. Stack the VIP Club free appetizer and it gets even cheaper.
Does Texas Roadhouse do birthday freebies?
Yes. VIP Club members get a free appetizer or dessert reward around their birthday, and many locations bring a free dessert when you mention it is your birthday.
Are Texas Roadhouse deals the same at every location?
Mostly, but not exactly. Prices, Early Dine timing, and some promotions vary by location. The 700-plus restaurants participate in the big programs, with local differences in the details.
When is the best time to buy Texas Roadhouse gift cards?
November through December, during the holiday bonus-card promotion, when qualifying purchases earn extra bonus cards. Warehouse club multi-packs are the best year-round discount.
